Within the next few days the “Dixie Flyer,” a new train now running on the Louisville and Nashville railroad, will take the Henderson mails to points between here and Madisonville. The post office department at Washington will instruct proper authorities to arrange for the change in service, and the towns of Robards, Sebree, Slaughtersville, Hanson and Madisonville will get Henderson mails early in the morning.

The Gleaner will then reach these points in time for the rural free delivery service to handle The Daily Gleaner on the same day it is published.
