THE FUNERAL OF MRS. W. W. WILSON

Wednesday Afternoon From St. Paul's Episcopal Church – Interment Was In Fernwood

The funeral of Mrs. William Marshall Wilson, who died at her home in Freeport, Florida, a few days ago, was held from St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 4 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, and the services were very impressive.

A large number of friends and relatives were present and the teachers paid their last respects to the memory of the former Henderson woman, who was for many years one of the leading instructors in the schools here.

The pall bearers were as follows:

Honorary – W. W. Shelby, G. G. Ellis, William Elliott, R. D. Vance, R. C. Soaper and T. H. Beverley.

Active – Dr. S. O. Marshall, Frank S. Adams, Henry O. Dixon, T. L. Baldauf, J. W. Clay and C. P. Blackwell.

Phelps Sasseen, a brother of Mrs. Wilson, was expected to arrive from his home in Fort Smith, Arkansas, but a telegram was received from him stating that his wife was very ill, and he could not leave her bedside.

Mrs. Edwin Olds, of Springfield, Ohio, a sister of Mrs. Wilson, was unable to attend on account of the illness of her child.

The interment was at Fernwood.
